We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Head of Programmatic for our Barcelona office.
As Head of Programmatic, your role will be to lead all the programmatic (RTB) initiatives within the company, both from the demand and supply side. You participate in the design of technical specifications, documentation and definition of new platform features, ensuring all needs are covered from a technical perspective.
You develop programmatic business by signing up new programmatic partners, attending tradeshows and managing all programmatic accounts. You define and maintain appropriate guidelines for SSP and DSP partners to get a seat at our exchange. You monitor fraud on that side of the business and keep the network clean. You monitor specific KPI's and exclude low value or low-quality partners.
Grow the DSP and SSP partnerships on Adult and Mainstream Verticals.
Deliver RTB revenue objectives quarterly through personal effort and with team management.
Prospect, sign and onboard new programmatic partners.
Communicate with other Head of Sales about RTB pipeline and define a “case by case” strategy for any current partner.
Track Demand and Supply pipelines, develop and communicate accurate forecasts of RTB sales using Hubspot.
Liaise with the technical team for the continuous development of the platform.
Together with top management of the company, participate in the long-term strategy of programmatic.
Attend trade shows and conferences.
Provide internal training.
Educate clients. (Documentations, news, articles, blog posts...).
Monitor fraud from DSP and SSP while you retain partners.
Define and maintain programmatic rules and guidelines.
Together with the BI team, provide regular reports and analysis on programmatic business.
Ensure RTB sales development and account management: managing and developing relationships with existing and new clients (invoicing, compliance, technical issues, traffic optimization).
Work with Product Management and Marketing departments while providing structured market feedback and agree on positioning new technical features, key messages, sales tools, marketing plans, and other required support to meet RTB revenue objectives.
