We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Publisher Account Manager (Emailing) for our Barcelona office.
This position encompasses both Sales and Account Management responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with display publishers and email databases companies that are very important to our business due to either their strategic and revenue importance. You will be in charge of the setup and monetization of email clicks databases and display traffic.
Your performance will be evaluated on periodical revenue goals and KPIs. You will be expected to utilise all the internal tools and resources at your disposal to reach these goals and develop first-class customer loyalty in order to grow the revenue generated by your assigned portfolio of clients. You will report numbers and portfolio status to the Team Leader and Head of Publishers.
2+ years experience in online sales/digital marketing.
You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers.
Experience in business development and account management achieving revenue goals.
Strong team player and contributor.
Extremely organized and rigorous, with strong analytical skills.
Proactive, detailed, strategic and analytical profile.
Talented in Excel utilizing spreadsheets.
Able to negotiate and establish long term contracts, build credibility and provide a leading customer experience for your clients.
Independent and proactive, with strong communication skills.
An overachiever, result-oriented and highly motivated.
You have a strong knowledge of, and working proficiency with, similar technology platforms and/or ad networks.
Experience in managing, monitoring and planning email databases in CPC and CPM models.
Good communicator, negotiator and a team player.
Outstanding at relationship building.
You have the ability to identify client needs quickly and effectively.
Fluent English is a must. French will be highly valued.
Comfortable with all types of Adult content websites.
